World of Officiating began in the fall of 2005. Own and operated by Elisha Hoye, a former multi-sport athlete at Fargo South high school and collegiate basketball player at the University of North Dakota.

World of Officiating Association assigns volleyball, football, basketball, softball and baseball for various schools throughout Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota. Currently World of Officiating has 82 officials on their active roster.
